Option 1 The Flex Membership provides flexibility in scheduling and is ideal for students who have a busy schedule and cannot commit to a regular weekly lesson. This membership is also a great option for those who are looking for occasional lessons or who want to try out the guitar before committing to a regular schedule. There is no minimum commitment term with this membership.
Option 2 The Standard Membership, on the other hand, provides a consistent schedule and encourages regular practice and commitment to improvement. It’s ideal for students who have a consistent schedule and who prioritise regular music practice, and it’s a great way to establish a firm practice routine and achieve long-term goals. This membership has a minimum 3 month commitment.

Membership FAQ
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 1 week’s notice without penalty. This allows us to offer the timeslot to other students who may be interested in booking it.
If you cancel a lesson with less than 1 week’s notice, the lesson will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
You can accrue a maximum of 4 lessons to be rescheduled at a different time. This means that if you need to reschedule more than 4 lessons, you will forfeit the remaining lessons.
In the unlikely event that an instructor needs to reschedule a lesson, we will credit your account with a personal coupon code that can be used to book a lesson at a time that suits you.
While we strive to provide ample notice, please note that in the event of a teacher rescheduling, it may be difficult to give advanced notice due to the unforeseeable nature of the circumstances.
If we do need to cancel lesson, you will be notified immediately at the earliest point in which we are made aware.
You will receive a personal code each month that you can use to book two guitar lessons at no additional cost. When booking your lessons, be sure to use your personal code to ensure you are not charged for those lessons. You will receive your first code in your membership confirmation email on confirmation of payment.
To get the most out of your Flex Membership, it’s a good idea to schedule your guitar lessons in advance and use your personal code to book your two free lessons each month. This will ensure that you are using all of the lessons available to you and getting the most value from your membership.
If you do have any unused lessons at the end of the month, unfortunately, they cannot be carried over to the following month. However, you will receive a new personal code at the beginning of each month, allowing you to book two more free lessons.
