Refund Policy for Shop Items
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You must return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item. We will refund the cost of the item plus any standard delivery charges you paid when you placed your order. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs you incur in returning the item to us.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the item to us for inspection. If the item is found to be faulty, we will offer you a full refund, including the cost of returning the item to us.
